 Cevapi, also spelled ćevapi or ćevapčići, are small, grilled skinless sausages traditionally found in the Balkans. They  are typically made from a mixture of minced beef, lamb, or pork, and  seasoned with ingredients like garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper
